CONEP and Young Miko Give Viral Hit “After” a Second Life
Every once in a while, a record begins telling you what it’s going to become before the marketing department has time to catch up. For CONEP, that record was “After.” The Puerto Rican artist’s breakout track had already been circulating heavily across social media before its official release, eventually becoming one of the viral Latin urban records of summer 2026. Now CONEP is extending its run by bringing in one of Puerto Rico’s biggest new-generation stars, Young Miko, for the official remix.

CONEP and Young Miko Give Viral Hit “After” a Second Life
MIAMI, FL — September 30, 2026 — Every once in a while, a record begins telling you what it’s going to become before the marketing department has time to catch up.
For CONEP, that record was “After.”
The Puerto Rican artist’s breakout track had already been circulating heavily across social media before its official release, eventually becoming one of the viral Latin urban records of summer 2026. Now CONEP is extending its run by bringing in one of Puerto Rico’s biggest new-generation stars, Young Miko, for the official remix.
And this doesn’t feel like somebody simply attaching a famous name to an already successful record.
According to CONEP, Miko was the name he wanted from the beginning.
“I’m excited that this collaboration became a reality, and I’m very grateful to Young Miko for agreeing and taking the time to make the video with me,” CONEP said. “I couldn’t see myself doing this remix with anyone else, and when you hear the song, you’ll understand why.”
That confidence makes considerably more sense when you look at what “After” was already doing.
Released through Dynamic Records and distributed by EMPIRE, the original climbed important Apple Music and Spotify charts while CONEP’s audience continued expanding beyond Puerto Rico.
Then came the video.
In less than 24 hours, the “After” music video reportedly reached No. 1 on YouTube in 13 countries, including the United States, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Colombia, Spain and Mexico.
Those aren't bad numbers for an artist entering his first world-tour era.
From Viral Record to World Tour
CONEP recently launched his first global tour, TRAPPii 2, beginning with an ambitious 12-date run across Spain before continuing through the United States and Latin America.
That timing matters.
There’s a difference between having a viral song and converting viral attention into an actual career. Social media can make somebody famous Tuesday morning and replace them by Friday afternoon. Touring, ticket sales and an audience willing to follow you into the next record are where the real test begins.
CONEP now gets that test.
His schedule will also bring him to Miami during Billboard Latin Music Week, where he is slated to perform at the Billboard En Vivo party on October 21 at Wynwood Marketplace.
It puts “After” in an interesting position.
What began as an organically moving record has become a Young Miko collaboration, an international chart story and part of the soundtrack accompanying CONEP into his first worldwide tour.
That is how momentum is supposed to work.
Young Miko brings considerably more visibility to the remix, but perhaps more importantly, the collaboration introduces CONEP to another layer of the global Latin audience at precisely the moment he needs it.
Because viral moments eventually disappear.
Careers are built by knowing what to do while everybody is still watching.
With “After,” CONEP appears determined to find out just how far one moment can travel.
